If actually the reason for the problems with babies number 2 and 3 was that she is rhesus negative with antibodies against the rhesus factor, then there would only be one safe way to have another baby and that's if baby's dad was rhesus negative, because then it wouldbe guaranteed that baby would be rhesus negative as well, in which case ...

I'd become a permaculture designer or a natural builder (using strawbales and earthbags etc.) or run a café with delicious wholesome home-made food. But still, it would be very hard to give up midwifery...

The way you describe the tear, it will most probably heal without any stitches and problems. However, if you are worried, it's best you call your midwife - as you said you wanted to do anyway - so the two of you can take another look together. Blessings and best regards - Nina
