     All the more reason to encourage your mamas to have a strong support person or doula on board. Somewhere during her laboring a doula could've taken mama for a 30 min walk and you could have taken a quick cat nap, done a little yoga or even showered. I think in our being with woman we should establish early on that we are not SUPERWOMEN ...

    Check the prereq requirments of potential MSN programs before starting an Assoc. level RN. Many MSN programs will bridge you to MSN with a 1 year fasttrack for the RN though typically more expensive than say a tech or comm college Assoc. program. The bummer for you would be to get an associates in nursing only to find out that your MSN program ...
