    Re: Any Canadians here?

If I stay with MCU I cannot transfer those courses into a Cdn program.  If I stay with MCU I will complete the program and then apply to the Cdn bridging program for foreign trained midwives.

If I stop MCU and only take Athabasca University courses they are transferrable into all Cdn universities (Cdn midwifery programs).

Athabasca University courses are transferrable into MCU.

I am not sure I am any clearer for you.

My hope/plan is to apply to a Cdn program and somehow do it via teleconferencing with travel sometimes to the school for labs, etc.  I am not sure this is possible, but I am going to try this route and see if it can work.

that does clear it up, thanks! Can I ask which program you are in through Athabasca? When I check their website I can't find any midwifery courses

I am not in a program at Athabasca, just general classes, English, Sciences, etc.  I will transfer these in to a school in the future.
