Looking for info on birthing in the Caribbean...

Hello! My name is Priscilla and I am a practicing Doula in Northern Canada. My Husband and I are planning on being in the Caribbean for an extended period of time in 2013 on our sailboat. We are currently 10.5 weeks pregnant and are hoping to birth baby #1 somewhere in the Caribbean in June 2013. We are looking for information on WHERE to birth (country/available birth centres/midwives, etc) and basically anything to do with birth in the Caribbean. Idealy we would like to have a 'home' possibly water birth on our sailboat with a midwife (travelling or local), but are totally open to a birth centre as well. ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Feel free to contact me by posting here, emailing me at pbenterud@gmail.com or posting on my facebook page at: http://www.facebook.com/wedoulathat.

    Blessings and thanks in advance!!
