Midwives on Oahu, Hawaii?

Hi,

I'm a recent transplant to Hawaii, and I've been digging around trying to find out about the local CPM/lay midwives, and it's turning out to be more difficult than I expected. I'm VERY ready to pursue an apprenticeship with an experienced midwife, and would really appreciate any leads. Anyone familiar with the Oahu birth scene?
