What are you doing or did you do to ensure optimal prenatal health?

I take prenatal vitamins, work out regularly (not too extensively of course), I quit smoking and I try to eat healthy. What are you doing (for those who are expecting), or what did you do (for those who have already given birth) to ensure optimal prenatal health?

In an earlier post today, you said you weren't pregnant.

At that point in time I wasn't. I made no secret that I was TTC from the time I joined.

Are prenatal vitamins necessary to take durind the whole period. Or it can be in starting season.
