I moved to Eugene Or from Ashland Or back in October 2011. I'm having a difficult time finding a midwife to apprentice with, maybe I'm looking in the wrong places? I have some experience, but need much more before I can sit for my NARM
I also would like to join or start a study group up here for like minded individuals. Midwives interested in overlooking, teaching and helping to sign off on the more simple NARM requirments would be wonderful! Midwives, Students, Doulas, mamas, anyone interested?
I plan to go off sooner than later to get some numbers, but would love to gain more experience with a midwife in the area and more clinical experience too. I want to get to know the midwives in my community, and I'm not having such luck.
