"This weekend intensive seminar will be taught by Vicki Penwell, CPM,
who has worked extensively in poverty settings in Asia. Updated
best-practices in maternity care for Asian, Africa, and Latin America
will be shared. Classes will combine personal experience with the latest
research from the international community working for Safe Motherhood
and Newborn Survival, including WHO, UNICEF, USAID, and the Bill and
Melinda Gates Foundation. Lots of short videos from around the globe
help cement the teachings.

Participants are responsible for travel, food and lodging costs.
