    late night reading...

Greetings All.  A while back, I posted about a blog that I had started....I am a brand new midwife and wanted to chronicle my journey through this first year.  When I was a student, I remember sometimes wanting to read something midwifery related, but that was not official 'homework', so I thought some of you might like to check this out.

Thanks for this posting Aubre.  I think it's important for new and old midwives to be reminded never to assume in birth.  Still after 25+ years I learn something every birth.  What a great opportuniity in your first year of being of a midwife you have been given,

    Blessings,

Thanks for the feedback :)  One of my goals is deffinitely to promote continued learning, to offer support and/or inspiration, and as a tool to help me work through this journey....

Just some random thoughts...I have found this blogging process to be so helpful and thought provoking.  The exercise in self reflection has been invaluable.  Also, through this process, I have come across many other great blogs...there are soooo many, it is vibrant community.  Thanks to all from this forum (which is also fantastic) for checking out my writings and I hope they have been beneficial.
