I'm thinking about going to Concepcion, Chile, to offer midwifery care for a few weeks. I'm fluent in Spanish (of Chilean descent) and could probably find a place to stay. I'm wondering if anyone knows the condition of the hosptial in Conce, or who/how to get in touch with anyone there to plan such a trip.
